These terms cover your purchase and use of Window Organizer, a macOS application sold by App Dev by MWC (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the app you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

Your licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Window Organizer on one Mac at a time. You can move it to a different Mac whenever you like by deactivating it on the first one, or by asking us to. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Your licence covers every release of version 1, including all updates to it, at no further cost.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your licence key, attempt to get around the licence check, or decompile or modify the app except where the law gives you that right regardless.

Licence activation

The app confirms your licence with our licence server when you first activate it on a Mac, and again about once every 30 days. If that check can’t be made because you’re offline or our server is unavailable, the app keeps working for at least 14 more days. If you first open the app with no connection, it works for 7 days before activation is needed. A refunded licence stops working at its next check.

Refunds

You can have a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. See our refund policy.

Updates and support

We provide updates to fix problems and keep the app working on new versions of macOS, and we answer support email at [email protected]. We cannot promise the app will be compatible with every future version of macOS, or with every other application.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those set out here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought the app continues to govern that purchase.
